First, take a few moments to reflect on your most meaningful personal experience in a learning community. It could be a club, a church group, a school experience, a course, or something else. The only criteria are that it was a transformative experience and real learning occurred.
Next, share your story, so we can demonstrate to the Obama administration what we know from personal experiences are the most essential attributes of a learning community -- and then work to ensure that our public school system is aligned to empower educators to create those types of environments.
